Top-Notch Petcare is owned and operated by Cody Dean Scott (Dean) in Hillsboro OR, USA. 

Dean has spent a lot of his youth working with animals in his personals life (his family had many pets and his mother was groomer for a time).  As a young adult he would pet-sit and take care of friends and families pets while they were away as well as volunteering at local shelters.  Now he has dedicated time to using his passion of caring for pets, and honing skills in providing prestige pet care for all your animals friends. We cant always be there ourselves. Life is crazy. That's what Dean and Top-Notch Petcare are here for!
